Part-Time Member Contact Center Representative
Responsibilities

Assist members in a call center environment
Become knowledgeable and answer questions about products and services
Assist members with complex financial problems
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services
Assist with preparing departmental reports

Qualifications

Prefer six months customer service experience
Phone operator or help desk experience is helpful
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in basic computer and math skills
Spanish speaking sills a plus, but not required
