Bell joins Agri-Search as ag recruiter
FAIRGRANGE -- Dave Allen, president of AGRI-SEARCH, has announced that Corey Bell has joined the company as a Professional Agricultural Recruiter focusing on grain operations and related positions.
Prior to joining AGRI-SEARCH, Bell was a Location Manager for Total Grain Marketing’s Fairgrange location.
AGRI-SEARCH is based in Arthur and has a large presence in the Agriculture Recruiting field with positions from executive management to entry-level. Allen said, “We are pleased to have Corey as a part of our AGRI-SEARCH team. His integrity, passion for helping people, and extensive agricultural industry knowledge and experience bring great value to our team and will allow us to better serve our clients and candidates.”
Freeman promoted at Shelby County State Bank
SHELBYVILLE -- Gwyn D. Helton, president of the Shelby County State Bank, announced the promotion of Michael J. Freeman to trust officer.
Freeman joined the Shelby County State Bank in September of 2014 as an administrative assistant to Trust and Investments. He graduated from Shelbyville High School, Lake Land College and Eastern Illinois University. Freeman graduated from Eastern, Magna Cum Laude, with a bachelor of science in business with a major in accounting.
He has completed two years of a three-year program at the Cannon Trust School which is held for one week in the summer at the University of Notre Dame.
