Led by a trained leader, the low-impact, gentle, and safe, range-of-motion exercises are suitable for every fitness level and ability, performed seated or standing. The one-hour classes meet twice weekly.

Exercise helps relieve arthritis pain. Join us to start a workout program that is safe on your joints. Liven up your exercise routine with a well-rounded workout by including aerobic, strength-training and flexibility fitness.

All classes are led by AF certified leaders/instructors.
