Flourishes Gallery and Studios, a not for profit space with the purpose of promoting the arts in the Shelbyville area, brings you Michael Delaney, watercolorist, from Decatur. The opening of his show will be from 1-4 p.m. Sunday with a reception for those interested in viewing 26 of his pieces including the one pictured. Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to talk to Mike in person.

Mike is a member of Gallery 510 in Decatur and the Effingham Art Guild, showing regularly. 

Flourishes is located at 140 1/2 E. Main in downtown Shelbyville. The show will run through Oct. 14 and can be viewed on most Tuesdays, and Thursday and Saturday mornings or by appointment by calling 217-827-5690. Also on exhibit at the same time will be works by Shelbyville artists in Studio D from the permanent collection and flowers by Carol Kessler in the Main Hall.
