This community based class is for all moms who need a space to reconnect with their bodies and take a break from being Supermom. Taught by long time Defy Gravity instructor and new mom Nadia, this is an intro level class that will help improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall mood (endorphins!).
This class combines a 60 minute introductory pole class with a 30 minute discussion to allow you the space to explore every part of being a mom. Topics may include sleep deprivation, mom hacks, breastfeeding, favorite formulas, working mom struggles, and any of the thousand other things moms do every day. Childcare available upon request.
SuperMomPole will be Saturdays from 5-6:30 pm starting on February 3 through May 13.
