'A Night on Broadway' set in Sullivan

SULLIVAN — “A Night on Broadway” dinner theater will be presented by the Sullivan Singers Booster Club on May 3-5, at Sullivan High School.

Tickets may be obtained from several area locations and businesses in Sullivan: Sullivan High School office; both locations of First National Bank; Scott State Bank; Country Financial; and Fultz Construction.

“A Night on Broadway,” is a music and dance dinner theater production featuring a different meal with each performance, catered by Niemerg’s Steakhouse of Effingham.

The performance will feature the Sullivan Singers, New Generation, Sullivan Singers Jr.

During the May 3 performance the special guests will be Sullivan Children’s Choir; and during the May 5 performance will be senior recognitions.

Seating begins at 6 p.m. on May 3 and May 4; and seating begins at 12:30 p.m. May 5 for the afternoon performance.

The menu and ticket prices will be as follows:

- May 3: Menu will consist of smoked barbecue pork sandwich, baked beans, cheesy has brown casserole, coles slaw, choice of carrot cake or Texas sheet cake, choice of coffee, tea or lemonade. Ticket price will be $11 per person.

- May 4: Menu will consist of barbecue pork loin, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, seven-layer salad, rolls with butter, choice of fruit cobbler, choice of coffee, tea or lemonade. Ticket price will be $15 per person.

- May 5: Menu will consist of grilled chicken breast in alfredo sauce; twice baked potato casserole, green beans, seven-layer salad, rolls with butter, choice of carrot or Texas sheet cake, choice of coffee, tea and lemonade. Ticket price will be $15 per person.
