Audra Ferguson of Mattoon has been named to the dean’s list at Illinois State University in Normal for the fall 2012 semester.

She earned a 4.0 grade point average for the semester at ISU.

Ferguson is in her fourth year of study at Illinois State University.

She is majoring in both acting and music education at ISU.

Ferguson is a member of the Illinois State University concert choir.

In addition, she performed in the Illinois State University theater department’s recent stage production of of the play, “J.B.”

This 1959 Pulitzer Prize- and Tony-award winning play by Archibald MacLeish is a modern retelling of the Biblical story of Job.

The Illinois State University senior is a 2009 graduate of Mattoon High School.

She is the daughter of Steve and Melissa Ferguson.
