CHARLESTON (JG-TC) — The intersection of Lincoln Avenue and 18th Street in Charleston was blocked for about two hours Friday morning during work to remove an overturned tractor-trailer.

The truck driven by Henry Rodriguez of Berwyn overturned at the intersection just after 5 a.m. Friday, according to Charleston police.

Rodriguez said he thought the load of oranges he was carrying shifted while he was making a turn at the intersection and that caused the truck to overturn, police indicated.

LOL, Uh Oh ... Har. I think you were so excited to jump on that one you forgot to put in all the words you intended. Want me to loan you a 'who'?

I hear the real reason traffic was tied up for so long is because ICE was called in on the case. Press 1 for English.

I'm sure that the sight of an empty Rural King parking lot at FIVE IN THE MORNING would have been distracting to most people.
