LETTER: Trump needs help to drain 'cesspool'

The president told this lie over and over after the election. This was in response to the fact that his enormous and inflated ego couldn't accept the fact he lost the popular vote by almost 5 million votes. The Pew report made no such claims and trump's lies on this have been debunked by several credible sources. I'm surprised that someone would be foolish enough cite this lie as proof of voter fraud. Our president lies to the public on a daily basis and his supporters repeat his lies in order to show their support.

As far as draining the swamp goes, the only people the TV reality star acting as president has 'drained' are those that he put in power in the first place. The number of people fired and leaving om their own is staggering. And there's no sign of it letting up.

With the ethically challenged trump, it's a new scandal every day. To learn more about our amoral president, I would encourage everyone to watch "Sixty Minutes' on CBS next week.

Lastly.....who would have thought we would have a president involved with a lawsuit with an adult entertainment star?

Swamp draining update:

Who knew that tump meant getting rid of his own people is what he meant by draining the swamp? Two more were dumped today. His top Russiagate lawyer is out and so is his National security Advisor. And he hired a notorious war monger to replace one of them. John Bolton was so bad that the only way Bush could appoint him as Ambassador to the UN was doing it as a recess appointment. It looks like trump is having a hard time getting outstanding people to serve with him and is being forced to hire rejects like Bolton.

And speaking of 'B' team players, his AG was turned down for a Federal judgeship because of his record on race relations and now another of his appointments couldn't get enough votes in the Senate because of his radical warmongering views.

trump isn't draining the swamp, he's merely restocking it.
