INA — Lake Land’s women’s basketball team traveled to Rend Lake College on Wednesday, where they won 96-83.
While playing Rend Lake, many Lakers reached their season highs. Dakota Crowder reached hers with 31 points. Jaycie Roy had 15 rebounds, and Avery Jackson 9 assists.
Head Lake Land coach Dave Johnson said he was proud of the team.
“We played a strong second half. Crowder was outstanding with her career high of 31 points. Jackson lifted us up with her season high of nine assists. Roy also hit her season high,” Johnson said.
Lake Land now has a 4-1 overall record. The Lakers will be continuing their season when they play in Danville on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
