Consolidated Communications supports United Way

MATTOON -- Consolidated Communications (NASDAQ: CNSL), a leading broadband and business communications provider, announced that employees and the company have pledged $102,000 to United Way organizations in communities across the company’s service area.

Coldwell Banker Classic Real Estate welcomes new agent

MATTOON -- Coldwell Banker Classic Real Estate announced the addition of Tom Bariether to their team.

Bariether has been a full-time Realtor since 1997. Being a lifelong resident of Mattoon, property owner, and current farm owner, he has first-hand knowledge of the local real estate market.

During his career, he has received the President's Silver Award for sales production, as well as Ruby Sales Level, selected as 2002 Realtor-Associate of the year, and most recently inducted into the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Foundation Donor Wall for philanthropic leadership in 2017.

He has served on the board of directors as well as numerous other committees for the Central Illinois Board of Realtors. He is also a member of the Providence Church in Mattoon, a lifetime member of Wabash Lodge No. 179 AF&AM and the AASR Valley of Danville.
