MARSHALL -- Gaslight Art Colony welcomes the public to see the artwork of our members at their upcoming March exhibit. This twice-a-year exhibit showcases the talent in the community.
Gaslight Art Colony is 10 years old and has over 130 members. Some of these members have chosen their “never-before-seen-at-the-gallery” artwork to be on display this Saturday through April 12.
This show will include photography, jewelry, metalwork, ceramics, and all forms of paint and drawing. They will also be having a drawing for a free children’s class. The gallery will be open for a reception for the artists from 5-8 p.m. Saturday. The public is invited to meet all the local artists whose work will be on display.
Gaslight Art Colony is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to broadening an appreciation of the Arts by providing opportunities that promote awareness, participation and understanding through fine arts exhibitions, classes and workshops. The gallery is located at 516 Archer Ave. in Marshall.
