The charges allege that the woman financially exploited an 89-year-old victim out of just under $13,000, and personally forged checks belonging to the victim. Several of the victim's personal blank checks were reportedly located during the search of the woman's residence, along with less than 5 grams of meth. The woman was taken to the Coles County jail.
