MARSHALL — State Sen. Dale Righter, R-Mattoon, is scheduled to hold a town hall meeting from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at Harlan Hall, 603 Locust St., Marshall.

Righter reported that he will discuss issues facing the state, including firearm legislation, the governor’s tax and budget proposals, abortion legislation, and the continued out-migration of residents from Illinois. He also will provide an update on the spring legislative session.
