WINDSOR -- Free concerts by country stars Jo Dee Messina and Restless Heart are scheduled to headline the upcoming Windsor Harvest Picnic festival.

The 123rd annual festival will be held starting at 4 p.m. Thursday, 5 p.m. Friday, and 6 a.m. Saturday in Windsor City Park on the north side of town. Swyear Amusements, Inc. will provide the carnival.

Windsor's concert lineup this year will start with southern gospel trio State of Grace at 6-7:15 p.m. Thursday followed by Americana roots music and indie country band Them Gringos at 7:30-9 p.m. that night. Restless Heart will perform at 7 p.m. Friday and Jo Dee Messina will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday.

The Windsor Harvest Picnic will raise money for the festival's free concerts once again by selling pork chop dinners starting at 4 p.m. Thursday, fish dinners at 5 p.m. Friday, and sandwiches at noon and chicken dinners at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

Other scheduled activities include the Harvest Run 5K at 7:30 a.m., the pedal tractor pull at 9 a.m., and the Molly Vasquez Memorial Parade at 3 p.m., all on Saturday.
