Kathy A. Beckmier, 66, of Humboldt was taken to Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center after her vehicle hit a culvert at the intersection of County Roads 1100E and 1300N at 6:38 p.m. June 5.

Noal E. Hazelgrove, 16, of Charleston was cited for improper lane use after his vehicle hit a tree at 19794 County Highway 2, also known as Airtight Road, in Morgan Township at 12:49 a.m. Saturday.

Vehicles driven by Scott S. Edwards of Janesville and Robin D. Callaway Welch of rural Ashmore were involved in an accident at the intersection of Illinois Route 316 and County Road 1100E at 11:50 a.m. Monday. Edwards, 50, was cited for failure to yield.
