Dennis G. Goings of Lerna was ticketed for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident for a collision with vehicles driven by Zachary A. Oakley of Casey and Derald C. Doehring of Mattoon at 6:47 p.m. Monday at Charleston Avenue and Third Street.

Karla M. Vessels of Mattoon was ticketed for failing to yield for a collision involving vehicles driven by Robert L. Morgan of Toledo and Cheyenne R. Payne of Mattoon at 4:44 p.m. Saturday at Charleston Avenue and South 12th Street. Payne was ticketed for failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident and for improper use of an electronic communication device.
