Illinois Route 130 traffic

Traffic stalls on Illinois Route 130 just outside Charleston Tuesday morning as road conditions affected driving on the hill near the Lake Charleston entrance.

The road reopened later in the morning, according to sheriff's deputy Nicholas Clapp. He said both lanes of the road were closed because tractor trailers were having difficulty going up both inclines because of the road conditions.
