The News-Gazette in Champaign reported under the plea agreement, felony counts of aggravated DUI with six or more convictions will be dismissed at his sentencing. The sentencing of the 57-year-old Pribble is scheduled for April 18.

Pribble was arrested in May 2018 after a woman reported her car had been hit in a store parking lot. Police later located the car and determined Pribble had been the driver. They found Pribble hiding in the closet of a home, holding a glass of alcohol.
