Military suicide rate rising due to condition of America

Why do you suppose that suicide is on the rise by our military veterans returning to the U.S.? I believe it is due to a variety of issues that have become problematic for those attempting to return to civilian life.

Our military has fought for scores of years to keep the horrors of Communism from our shores. They have been our most patriotic men and women to defend this nation. I believe that they have become puzzled by what they have found on their return.

They have found Socialists, Communists, and Jew hating Muslims in our legislature. They have found the schools teaching their children to hate the nation they have been defending. They have found a decided decline in both our spiritual beliefs and our patriotism. They have found Capitalism being trampled by Socialist propaganda. They have found our Southern border in chaos due to the Democrats refusal to abide by our pre-determined rules of law. They have found Sanctuary Cities and States protecting Illegal aliens. They have found the media in bed with all those entities I have previously mentioned. They have found our Constitution, Flag, and Bill of Rights, being mocked.

Given all these conflicting issues, is it any wonder that the suicide rate among the military is rising. They just don't know what to make of it all.

Immigration and what the founders would think

Here are two views on immigration:

The first, from the Statue of Liberty: "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore, Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

The second, from Donald Trump: "Can't take you anymore. Whether it's asylum, whether it's anything you want, it's illegal immigration. We can't take you anymore. We can't take you. Our country is full. So turn around."

Which one better represents the ideals of Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, of America?

Stacking politicians against the 10 Commandments

When the present occupant of the White House took the oath of presidency he swore, with his hand on the Bible, to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, so help me God."

Since he invoked God's help, how does he stack up against the Ten Commandments:

1. No other gods before me vs. I can do anything I want at anytime. I have ultimate power.

2. No graven images vs. TRUMP hotels and his golden toilet.

3. No swearing using the name of the Lord in vain vs. Trump repeatedly doing so at public rallies.

4. Remember the Sabbath vs. playing golf at taxpayers expense.

5. Honor thy father and mother. His father taught him dirty tricks. What did his mother teach him?

6. Not kill vs. I can shoot somebody down on 5th Avenue in N.Y. and get away with it.

7. Not commit adultery vs. Trump making it a lifestyle.

8. Not steal vs cheating by bankruptcy, shell corporations, not paying workers, avoiding taxes, etc.

9. Not lie vs. (By Jun 10) 10,796 documented lies or false or misleading claims.

10. Not covet vs. I can have any woman I want.

And Matthew 22:39 Love thy neighbor as thyself vs. "send her back"

As to preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States, the conclusion of the Mueller Report was that he obstructed justice and could be indicted were he not a sitting president and can be indicted when out-of-office. The framers of our Constitution deliberately added Articles 1 and 2 to allow for impeachment of a sitting president for Treason, Bribery or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Nixon was impeached for obstruction of justice, Clinton was impeached for lying and coverup. Trump has done both and more. The two year investigation by Mueller brought 199 criminal charges, 37 indictments and five prison sentences surrounding Trump's presidency.

It is time for the process of inquiry into impeachment to begin. It is not a matter of choice of political party. It is a matter of parity.

Title: "Racism means denying someone a job or picking on them because of their race"

So President Trump makes a statement about four radical left congresswomen and he is called a racist. These women are what they call themselves, "women of color." So the accusation is that if these women were white, Trump wouldn't care about the anti-American and anti-Jewish statements they have made? The media are treating these women like debutantes, describing their looks and ignoring what they say like they are window dressing. They don't mention their ideology at all and that is what Trump is talking about.

A recent letter quotes Martin Luther King. King also said that people should be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. That's what President Trump did. Democrats apparently want people judged by the color of their skin and if they aren't white, then anything they do or say should be overlooked. I contend that the Democrat leaders know Trump isn't a racist and neither was his statement. We have a president who has brought back jobs for everyone. Black, Hispanic and women's employment is at the best ever. All those decades Democrats were telling these groups they would help them but all they did was talk. Trump actually did it and now the Democrats' voting blocs aren't as solid as they were.

All four of these women say they want socialism for this country and that they hate Jewish people and you see nothing from the mainstream media about it. That tells me the media and the Democrats don't really mind the anti-Jewish statements, which is a little scary. And what about their comments about liking Sharia law? They ignore that too.

A recent letter in the paper also suggested that Rep. Shimkus should condemn Trump's racist statements. Since the statement wasn't racist and Trump never mentioned race, why would Shimkus do that? Racism means denying someone a job or picking on them because of their race. Of course that isn't at all what happened. The word "racism" has become a weapon for the left as they have nothing else. The problem is that they are scaring some people to death with their false claims. They should be ashamed of themselves, but they have no shame. It's all for their lust for power and control and they don't care who gets in the way.
