Lake Land basketball loses to Lewis & Clark

Lake Land allowed 48 second-half points and committed 26 fouls in an 85-78 loss to Lewis & Clark at home Saturday afternoon.

The Lakers had three players in double figures, led by Adam Price’s 18 points. Clint Weber and Ty Waller scored 14 each. They shot 48.4 percent and committed 20 turnovers.

Four Lewis & Clark players scored in double figures. The Trailblazers were 27-of-31 from the foul line, helping overcome a 37 percent mark from the field.

Lake Land is 5-11 and plays at reigning NJCAA national champion Vincennes Wednesday night.
