MOLINE -- In the final Associated Press girls' basketball rankings for Class 3A and 4A undefeated Charleston, who entered Tuesday's night's regional semifinal game against Mahomet-Seymour with a perfect 27-0 record, finished at No. 5. 

On the boys' side, Casey-Westfield is No. 13 in Class 2A receiving seven votes.  

In Class 4A Edwardsville, a team coached by Casey graduate Lori Blade is No. 3 with a 27-2 record. 

On the boys' side in Class 2A Casey-Westfield entered Tuesday nights' game against Newton with a 23-3 record and 7-0 in the Little Illini Conference.

 In Class 3A Lincoln, 22-2, and a member of the Apollo Conference is No. 6, while. Carbondale, a team coached by Charleston grad Jim Miller, received one vote, was good for No. 18. Taylorville, a member of the Apollo Conference, received two votes, good for No. 15. 

Teutopolis, a team coached by Sullivan grad Chet Reeder, a former Sullivan coach, is No. 7 in Class 2A with a 27-5 record. 

In Class 1A Central Illinois Conference team Central A&M is No. 4 with at 25-3. The Raiders are in the same conference as Sullivan and Shelbyville and beat the Rams last week 59-43.
