DECATUR — Shelbyville's Grant Mose and Kentrell Beck were two of the 26 players named to the first team all-Central Illinois Conference football team. 

Mose was one of five offensive linemen named, while Beck, headed to Western Michigan, was selected as an athlete. Both are seniors. 

The Rams were 4-5 overall and 3-4 in the conference, good for fifth place out of eight teams. 

Mose was also one of four defensive linemen named to the second team. Other Rams on the second team included wide receiver Rope Hatfield, linebacker Josh Agin and junior Seppe Viltale, a kicker, was on the 26-member second team. 

Max Beyers, a Rams sophomore defensive back, was one of 19 players selected to the honorable mention team.

Beck was a unanimous selection as a wide receiver his sophomore year before being injured and missing his junior season. He was also a first team wide receiver as a freshman. 

It was the third straight season Mose was a first team all-CIC offensive lineman. 

Sullivan/Okaw Valley junior Luke VandBurgh was a second team all-conference linebacker. He was on the honorable mention team the previous two years. 

Ian Plank was on the honorable mention team as a wide receiver for the 0-9 Redskins, who finished 0-7 in the CIC.
